Job Summary

Experts for Digital Transformation is seeking a Business Development Specialist with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will excel in presales and sales activities, with specific expertise in Oracle solutions and low-code platforms. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that align with our customers’ unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Oracle and low-code solutions.
  • Develop strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Bring new clients to the company by identifying and engaging potential business leads.

2. Presales Activities:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose innovative, high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals that align with customer objectives.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage relationships between the company and its clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle big accounts and act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and business processes.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Track and report on sales metrics, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and client feedback.

Requirments :

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or presales roles, preferably in IT or digital transformation sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle solutions and low-code platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of digital transformation technologies and trends is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Certification in Oracle or low-code platforms is an advantage.
